Introduction: 
Monotax CV 200mg Tablet is a combination antibiotic containing Cefpodoxime (a cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic Acid (a beta-lactamase inhibitor). It is commonly used to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues. This medication is also effective against sexually transmitted diseases like gonorrhea and certain types of ear and sinus infections

Uses: 
Respiratory tract infections: Pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, and tonsillitis.
Urinary tract infections: Including uncomplicated cases.
Skin and soft tissue infections: Caused by susceptible bacteria.
Sexually transmitted diseases: Such as gonorrhea.
Acute otitis media: Infections of the middle ear
