It contains two active ingredients: Phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant) and Chlorpheniramine Maleate (an antihistamine). Phenylephrine works by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion, while Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamines to alleviate symptoms like sneezing and runny nose
